So that we can assess the initial findings completely and without unnecessary repeat examinations, please bring all existing documents to the visit:

- Laboratory results (blood, urine or other test values).
- Examination results as well as X-ray, ultrasound or other imaging.
- Details of current medication and the treatment course so far.
The more complete the documents, the more precise the second assessment. If findings are only held by the first practice, it is best to request them there in advance.
