Our practice — room by room.
Before you visit us for the first time, we will take you along: station by station we show you what our rooms look like, from reception and the separate waiting areas to the laboratory and operating theatres. So you get a clear, structured impression before you and your pet come to see us.
Exterior & arrival
Our practice is located at Im Moorbusche 100 in Cremlingen, easy to reach from Braunschweig, Königslutter and Wolfenbüttel. There are free parking spaces right outside the door, including a disabled bay. The entrance is on one level and barrier-free.
Reception & check-in
In the spacious reception area you are welcomed by our team. Here you check in, sort out any organisational matters and arrive calmly. Several workstations make sure things move along quickly even when the practice is busy.
Waiting area
After checking in, you take a seat in our waiting area: bright, calm and with plenty of room. Here you and your pet can settle in for a moment before moving on to the consulting room.
Separate waiting areas
Dogs, cats and small pets wait clearly separated at our practice: a dedicated indoor area just for dogs, a quiet, separate cat waiting room with plenty of daylight, where small pets can also wait calmly in their carrier, and a park-like outdoor waiting zone for all animals in the green. This keeps stress low for everyone involved.
Consulting & treatment room
In bright, calm consulting rooms we take our time for examination and conversation. Here we explain findings in an understandable way and discuss the next steps together with you, without rush and at eye level.
Health check & weighing
A floor-level animal scale is part of every check-up: your pet steps onto the ground-level weighing surface without being lifted and without stress. Weight is an important health value, for preventive care as well as for the exact dosing of medication and anaesthesia.
Diagnostics & in-house lab
Digital X-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory: many findings are available within the same appointment. Under the microscope we evaluate blood, skin and other samples directly on site. That shortens the wait and speeds up treatment.
Three operating theatres
A total of three operating theatres are available for surgery, including a dedicated clean theatre used exclusively for aseptic procedures and a separate dental operating room. Each theatre is built for safety: continuous anaesthesia monitoring, well-thought-out hygiene and a well-rehearsed team. From neutering to caesarean section, every procedure is calmly prepared and accompanied throughout the anaesthesia.
Quiet infusion area
Some patients need an infusion or a little time to recover. And above all, calm. Away from the bustle of the waiting room, we have set up a sheltered retreat where animals receive their infusion in a relaxed environment and can come to rest.
Inpatient care
If your pet needs to stay with us after a procedure or during an illness, it is in good hands: quiet inpatient spaces, separate for dogs and cats, with individual monitoring and regular attention from our team.
- Boxes sized to fit: cats and small dogs in easy-clean plastic boxes, large dogs in spacious boxes with glass doors.
- Daylight & calm atmosphere: bright rooms, separated for dogs and cats, away from the bustle of the waiting area.
- Familiar things from home: you are welcome to bring your pet's blanket or a toy. It makes the stay easier.
- Several rounds each day: examination, medication and individual care, including tube or hand feeding when needed.
- Daily update for you: you hear every day how your pet is doing, and at discharge we walk you through the aftercare in a detailed conversation.
The best way is to experience our practice yourself.
