Please book an appointment in advance. We work with a fixed appointment schedule so that there is enough time for every animal and unnecessary waiting times are avoided. Unlike a regular GP practice, we are also clinic and emergency service in one, if an acute emergency comes in, it naturally takes priority. That can briefly shift our regular schedule; in such moments we warmly ask for your understanding. Tomorrow it may be your pet that needs the same prompt help, and we will be there for you just the same.
